Beginner & Intermediate Yoga Class | 45 minutes – 1 hour
- These two classes are designed for a weekly in-office pick-me-up or at a corporate company meeting.
- We provide mats, a professional instructor, and everything you need to get your group mentally and physically charged.
- Your team will learn breath work, and simple moves like standing and floor poses, and enjoy a quiet, guided mini-meditation.
Chair Yoga | 30 minutes
- Your team will enjoy the mind and body benefits of our Beginner’s class. We focus on posture, seated in a chair, or standing.
- This class is designed for employees who work in front of a PC daily.
Recharge Your Meeting | 5 -15 minutes
- We get your meeting attendees up and out of their chairs between speakers. A perfect break strategy!
- The blood flows doing simple, comfortable stretching exercises.
- Participant energy levels will soar after just a few minutes as we naturally ‘power up’ your group.
De-stress Yoga | 5–15 minutes
- Work and life is stressful. During this session, we take you through simple breathing and create relaxed and positive minds.
- We will reduce those stress hormones, and heal and repair those bodies, together.
Why Yoga at Your Meeting?
Our talks and yoga sessions are designed to energize your employees and are popular for any type of meeting or event. We often lead a ‘wake up’ yoga class in the morning, give a talk to your audience during the day, and then offer an evening ‘wind down’ yoga class before bed.
