Yoga Sessions

Beginner or Intermediate Yoga | 45 minutes or 1 hour

These two options are perfect for a weekly in-office pick-me-up or after a company meeting. We provide the mats, instructor, and everything you need to get your group feeling mentally and physically better. This session includes breath work, movement, standing, floor poses, and guided mini-meditation.

Chair Yoga | 30 Minutes

Enjoy the mind and body benefits of this Beginner class. We focus on posture, seated in a chair, or standing.

Recharge Your Meeting | 5–15 minutes

During this session, we will get your meeting attendees up and out of their chairs. We will get the blood flowing with simple, comfortable movement. Your participant energy levels will soar after just a few minutes of naturally ‘powering up’ your group.

De-stress Yoga | 5–15 minutes

Work and life is stressful. During this session, we will introduce simple breathing techniques that create a more relaxed and positive mindset. As a result, we’ll reduce cortisol levels (stress hormone) and heal and repair our bodies, together.

Our yoga sessions are often combined during company all-day meetings. We offer a full yoga session early in the morning and implement Re-Charge Your Meeting and De-stress Yoga sessions throughout the day.

We customize programs based on your needs. We’ll design a program that fits your goals and objectives.  We aim to make your meeting, event, or get-together a success.  We offer single or repeat sessions (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
